JUST A FEW THOUGHTS AND PINGS FOR YOU…

Hello Pennsylvania District! First, I want to say thank you for your ongoing commitment and dedication to your clubs and communities and serving and meeting their needs. As we approach summer, there is A LOT going to be happening in your personal lives as well as in your Kiwanis Clubs… Summer camps, picnics, end of school activities, graduations, vacations.

These are some thoughts and reminders for you all as you begin your summer to ensure your clubs remain on track to continue doing the amazing service you all do!

· Please conduct your officer elections for 2026-2027 and your Club Secretary should enter these officers into Engage system.

o This is the way that the district and Kiwanis International know who the incoming officers are and who to send information, training and emails to help you prepare for your upcoming role and year.

· There will be Club Leadership Education training information coming out in the near future. Stay tuned and 2026-2027 officer, please make EVERY EFFORT to participate in these trainings, even if you have served in the role in the past.

· District Convention (DCON) Registration is OPEN! We will be in Gettysburg August 13-16 celebrating America 250 and A History of Service. Please plan to attend. There will be education, fellowship, awards and excursions. There will also be some surprises in store.

· I hope you have taken advantage of Membership May, whether you implemented your developed Club Membership Plan or made plans to consider Membership Plan. It is so important to keep Membership in the forefront of your club’s mind to secure and solidify your club’s Legacy.
