WINTER WARMUP AND SPRING FORWARD

So Punxsutawney Phil saw his shadow and that means 6 more weeks of winter. This tracks with all the snow and frigid temperatures we have been having–BRRRRR. This is a good time to grab a nice hot cup of tea, hot chocolate or coffee and prepare for the upcoming activities in the spring. The St. Patrick’s activities, Easter Egg Hunts, Pancake Breakfasts, etc. It is also a good time to start implementing the Membership Plan your club has developed. Begin to invite prospective members to planful club meetings and your service projects. Review your Membership Plan and begin planning the goal you set. Use the Membership Plan worksheet as a tool to develop and implement a solid plan to grow your club. Preparation is key for success in achieving these goals. Remember there are Achieving Club Excellence (ACE) Tools to support and assist you in achieving these goals.
