Circle K District Convention Registration

Each year the Pennsylvania District of Circle K hosts its annual District Convention to allow Pennsylvania Circle K members to celebrate a year of service as well as participate in leadership development activities. Attendees also have the chance for fellowship with various Kiwanis family members. All Circle K members, Faculty Advisors, Kiwanis Advisors, and Kiwanis Family members are invited to attend. Registration Timeline:

• Registration Opens January 26th
• Registration Deadline March 8th

District Convention Registration Fees:

• Full District Convention Registration $75.00
  • Includes convention materials, t-shirts, Saturday Lunch, Saturday Dinner, and Sunday Breakfast
  • Registrations made after March 8, 2024 will be an additional $5.00 per person and are not guaranteed a t-shirt.
• Saturday Registration Only $60.00
  • Includes convention materials, t-shirts, Saturday Lunch, and Saturday Dinner
  • Registrations made after March 8, 2024 will be an additional $5.00 per person and are not guaranteed a t-shirt.
• Sunday Registration Only $20.00
  • Includes convention materials and Sunday Breakfast. 
  • Registrations made after March 8, 2024 will be an additional $5.00 per person. T-shirts are not included in this option.

Note: Registration refunds will not be given after March 10, 2024.

Hotel Reservations:
Hotel accommodations will be provided by the Hampton Inn Greensburg 1000 Towne Square Dr, Greensburg, PA 15601. You must make your reservations by Wednesday, February 21, 2024 or you will not be guaranteed the convention room rate or guaranteed a room. Rates are $116.00/per night plus tax and fees. There is a maximum of four people in one room.
