Hello PA District! Over the next several weeks, I will be traveling to your respective regions for Region meetings. I hope to meet several of you at the meetings as your Trustees and Lt. Governors are working hard to make them impactful for you and your club. Region 1 meeting was held on October 11, and was chockful of great information and strategies for club growth and retention. The rest of the Region meetings are scheduled throughout October – December. The schedule for the respective Region meetings is in this bi-weekly email communication. Please take a look and make every effort attend. Please join me there and meet your local club cohorts!
My travels over the past few weeks also took me to the Charter celebration for the new Greater Latrobe Club. This club was the first club chartered in PA in 2 years and the first club in Region 2 in about a decade. It was amazing to see Kiwanis blossom in this community. This club has a lot of heart and will be an amazing asset to the Greater Latrobe area.
My travels also kept me local as we are working on a new club opening in the Beaver area in Western PA (my neck of the woods). This club area has a lot of momentum and interest—stay tuned on the status of this new Kiwanis club!
As I write this blog, I am wondering what you all would like to hear from me throughout this year. I value input from you all and want you to feel empowered to get all you desire from your Kiwanis journey. Please feel free to reach out to me to share any topics you would like me to cover in these blogs. Many Hands…Make a Difference.
Happy Halloween!
