The Trustees shall assist the Governor in the work of the District. They shall represent the Governor and shall have full responsibility under the direction of the Governor in supervising Kiwanis goals and programs in their respective regions. Trustees shall be responsible for new club opening and membership development in their region. Trustees shall be members of the District Board of Trustees. Trustees shall also perform such other duties as may be assigned to them by the Governor and/or the Board of Trustees.
