Emily Saalfrank serves as our North America 1 Director for the Pennsylvania District. She supports the Pennsylvania District members and its leadership to implement the Formula (membership growth campaign plan). Her role entails communications support; follow up, field training for club opening, club strengthening and all other activities that ensure proper execution of the plan. She is also a member of the Formula team staff that assists in the implementation of strategies and with other departments in the development of materials in accordance to the plan.
