Regional Trustee Candidate Nomination Form

This form is to be completed by candidates that meet the below requirements for a Regional Trustee and completes below online form.

Requirements

Each Trustee shall be a member** of a club in the region from which he or she is elected; have been a member** of one or more Kiwanis Clubs for at least (5) years; have been a Lt. Governor; and be active in the affairs of his or her club*, division and region.
A Trustee shall serve a term of three (3) years. A trustee may serve multiple terms, but shall not serve for two or more full consecutive terms.
Complete Candidate form PRIOR to FALL REGIONAL ELECTIONS and approved by the board of trustees to run. Form requires certain candidate information that should be available prior to completing form, including:
- Candidate Contact Information
- Candidate Kiwanis Positions held at club, division, regional and/or Kiwanis International level.
- Candidate Personal Statement
- Candidate Photo (size 25MB) to be upload.
- Candidate Acceptance and Signature
