All Kiwanians in good standing are eligible to apply for a plate. The applicant must complete all applicable sections of the form and remit with the appropriate fees.
For every application submitted, a fee of $37.00 must be remitted. The fee covers the $26.00 fee from PennDot, the $6.00 production fee for the plate, and handling. Additionally, if any personalization is requested or duplicate registration cards required, the applicant is responsible for paying those additional fees.
No application will be processed without the appropriate payment made payable to: PENNSYLVANIA KIWANIS.
