Cathy Tutty 2025-2026 International Trustee Counselor
Cathy Tutty of Butte, Montana, U.S., was elected to a three-year term as trustee of Kiwanis International during the 2023 Kiwanis International Convention in Minneapolis, Minnesota, U.S.
A member of Kiwanis for 11 years, Tutty has served as president of the Kiwanis Club of Silver Bow, Butte, Montana, and she is also a member of the Kiwanis Club of Big Sky RX, Montana. In 2022, she served as chair of the Kiwanis International Credentials Committee.
At the district level, Tutty has served as lieutenant governor and governor, as well as leadership development coordinator, member of the Bylaws Committee and CKI consultant. Her service to Kiwanis Service Leadership Programs has also included work as a Key Club advisor.
As a donor to the Kiwanis Children’s Fund, she is a Walter Zeller Diamond Fellow.
Tutty holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Saint Mary College and a law degree from Creighton University. She is a professional family attorney, writer, consultant and speaker/facilitator — as well as a lay minister and lector, certified laughter yoga teacher, high school sports announcer, pole vault official, education facilitator, and election judge and observer. Her family includes nine siblings and 16 nieces and nephews.
Emily Saalfrank Kiwanis International Area Director, Global Membership Engagement
Emily Saalfrank is the North America 1 area director on staff at Kiwanis International. In her role, she works with nine different Kiwanis districts, supporting members in leadership, membership and education. Emily has been on staff for seven years, holding roles in both the Corporate Relations and Global Membership and Education departments.
Emily lives in Knoxville, Tennessee and enjoys going on adventures with her husband Zack, their one year old daughter, Colby Jane, and their four-year-old golden retriever, Lane. Fun fact, Emily is an avid fan of the Tennessee Volunteers, proudly supporting the team and believing that Tennessee orange is the best color. She also holds season tickets to Dollywood every year, as she considers Dolly Parton her spirit animal, reflecting her fun and vibrant personality.
