Delegate Registration

PA Business Session Location: David L. Lawrence Convention Center, 3rd Floor in Rooms 315-316.
Date/Time: Saturday June 28, 2025; Tentatively at 2:45 pm after District Luncheon

A provision is made for the election of delegates and alternates in accordance with Article X. Section 6 of the District Bylaws.

  • Each chartered club in good standing shall be entitled three (3) delegates to the Convention. These delegates shall be selected not less than thirty (30) days prior to the Convention.
  • Alternates (3 max) shall be chosen for the delegates. There shall be no voting by proxy or absentee.

Any member club which has been placed not in good standing or suspended by Kiwanis International shall not be allowed to have voting delegates. Your club must be in good standing to have voting delegates. This includes payment of the 2024-2025 PA District Club Assessment Fees. DISTRICT CONVENTION Delegate Definitions:

  • Delegate – A club member in good standing selected to represent their club.
  • Alternate – A club member in good standing selected to replace a delegate in the event the delegate can no longer able to represent their club.
  • Delegate At Large – According to Article VI, Section 6 of the District Bylaws, you are permitted to have your current Lt. Governor or any Past Lt. Governor residing in your division, represent your club for voting purposes at the District Convention in the event your club is unable to have its own club members in attendance. These representatives are considered Delegates at Large and shall be elected not less than thirty (30) days prior to the District Convention.
