2025 Midyear Conference Registration Form

Midyear Registration will ONLY be available online. Complete the following form to register for the 2025 Midyear Conference on Sat Feb 22, 2025 from 9:00 am – 3:00 PM at the Holiday Inn 604 Station Rd, Grantville, PA 17028. This form can also purchase SHOUT OUTS!

Early Bird Registration is $60 per person, which includes registration, education and lunch.
Early Bird Registration DEADLINE Feb 14, 2025 at 11:00 pm EST.
Registration is $70 after Feb 14, 2025 at 11:01 pm EST.
Service Leadership Program conference attendees cost is $10 per member.
Recognize clubs, district leaders and members through a Shout Outs for $10 for 1 line of text to appear in Midyear program and on-screen.
